The half day presentation of the Strategic Capabilities Framework (SCF) by Dan Appleton from The Capabilities Center and DACOM will be held Thursday, 06 Nov 2008, from 0800 to 1200 in the Collaboration Room. The SCF, previously called the Integrated Capabilities Framework, will be discussed in detail and put in the context of the portfolio and project management activities it supports. The SCF is an integrated way of tracking needs from the Stakeholder, through Mission, Requirements, Capabilities, and Services/Systems to required Resources. More information on the workshop is contained in the attached flyer.
